Fludi Leads ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Hempsall Digital, 27 Maple Drive, Alfreton, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC175035. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). What we collect
When you use our quote form, we process the industry and location you enter to search Google's Places data. These searches don't contain personal data about you.
When you complete a purchase, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email address and payment details to process the order. We receive your email address from Stripe so we can deliver your report and send a copy by email. We never see or store your card details.
To personalise the example shown on our homepage, your browser sends your IP address to a third-party geolocation service (ipapi.co) so we can show businesses near you. We don't store this.
How we use your data

- To deliver your purchased leads on screen and by email, via Resend

Who we share it with
We share data with the following processors, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Supabase, for hosting our order records
- Resend, for sending transactional emails
- Google Places API, for sourcing business lead data (no personal data about you is sent to Google)
- ipapi.co, for IP-based location lookup used to personalise the homepage
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, they do so under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including your email address, for as long as necessary for accounting, fraud prevention and customer support purposes, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@hempsalldigital.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's hosted checkout page may set its own cookies, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
