Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to anyone purchasing a lead report from Fludi Leads (www.fludileads.co.uk), operated by Hempsall Digital ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Fludi Leads helps you find local businesses that appear on Google but have no website, or rely only on a social media page, using Google's official Places API data. Enter an industry and location to receive a free quote showing the exact number of qualifying leads and the total price, before you pay.
2. Pricing and payment
Leads are priced at £2.50 each for orders of fewer than 10 leads, and £2.00 each for orders of 10 or more, in GBP. The price shown at quote time is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your report is delivered instantly: on screen, and by email with a CSV attachment. Reports reflect the data returned by Google's Places API at the moment you requested your quote.
4. Right to cancel
Because your report is digital content delivered immediately on payment, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once delivery has begun.
5. Accuracy of data
Lead data is sourced directly from Google's Places API and reflects the information Google held at the time of your search. We don't independently verify business details, and Google's data may change or be inaccurate. We're not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or responsiveness of any business listed in your report.
6. Acceptable use
Reports are for your own business use, such as marketing or sales outreach. You're responsible for complying with applicable law when contacting businesses in your report, including UK PECR and GDPR requirements for direct marketing.
7. Refunds
Because you see the exact number of leads and the total price before paying, there's no shortfall to refund. If you believe there's been a technical error with your order, for example you were charged but didn't receive your report, contact us at sales@hempsalldigital.co.uk and we'll investigate.
8. Liability
We provide reports "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a report, including lost business or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
